Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@atlasraceworks.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Used, installed, or modified products
- Custom-made or special-order parts
- Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear
- Clearance or final sale items
