Shipping Policy
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders may require additional processing time.
Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships, if available.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Atlas Raceworks is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information.

Refund Policy
At Atlas Raceworks, due to the specialized nature of RC products and custom parts, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or compatibility issues.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@atlasraceworks.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used, installed, or modified items
- Custom or special-order parts
- Damage caused by misuse or improper installation
- Clearance or final sale items
